La Maison GYL offers you the possibility to return your order within 14 days following the initial delivery.
Return conditions:
La Maison GYL covers return shipping costs in the following cases:
- You received a different size than the one ordered.
- The product is defective.
If you wish to make a return for any other reason, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Returns due to delivery failure or non-collection
In the event of a parcel return due to repeated absence of the customer during delivery or failure to collect within the allotted time, IML Group reserves the right to re-invoice return or processing fees. These fees are specified to the customer before any new shipment.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, accompanied by all its accessories and packaging.
Home delivery:
Our partner DPD delivers your order to your home in 24 to 48 business hours, throughout Metropolitan France. Free delivery on orders over 25 euros.
In case of absence, DPD will attempt another delivery or drop off your parcel at a nearby DPD pickup point. You will receive a notification via email or SMS with the details for collection. If not collected within 10 calendar days, the parcel is automatically returned to us.
General delivery terms:
- GYLbag.com commits to shipping orders within a maximum of 72 business hours in Metropolitan France.
- Deliveries outside Metropolitan France are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other taxes applicable in the country of receipt. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Potential delays due to force majeure events (war, riots, strikes, etc.) do not entitle the customer to claims or compensation.
Important: Upon receipt of your parcel, check its condition. You have 48 hours to report any issues to the carrier in case of missing items or damage.
