Delivery & Returns
Maison GYL offers you the possibility to return your order within 14 days of the initial delivery. We would like to point out that Maison GYL will cover the return costs in the event that you receive a different size than the one ordered or if the suitcase has a defect.
However, if the customer wishes to make a return for any other reason, the return costs will be at their expense. Simply send us your request to sav@gylbag.com.
If the size of the luggage does not match and you wish to try another size, La Maison GYL undertakes to send you an alternative size free of charge .
What happens if you are not at home?
Your order is dropped off at the relay point closest to your home by the delivery person.
The carrier will inform you of the address of the relay point by email.
Your package is kept there for a maximum of 10 calendar days, then, without collection on your part, is automatically returned to the sender.
General Conditions
After order confirmation, gylbag.com undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all the references ordered by the buyer and this within a maximum period of 72 working hours in metropolitan France. This carrier commits itself by contract with gylbag.com to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by gylbag.com. In the case of transport using the cash on delivery system, the customer agrees to pay the carrier or its representative the full amount indicated when confirming the order.
In addition, for deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received. All orders placed with gylbag.com are intended for the personal use of customers, customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products. gylbag.com is therefore released from any legal liability if the payment of taxes is not made by the customer.
Delivery will be made by Colissimo. Delivery is made within the time slot provided by the carrier by direct delivery of the product to the recipient announced, or in case of absence, the package will be left in a parcel relay. Any delays do not give the buyer the right to claim damages.
Home delivery
Our partners deliver to your home within 48 hours (GLS, DHL, Colissimo in mainland France). If delivery could not be made, the package is automatically dropped off at a relay point. You will find, if access permits, a delivery notice in your mailbox. You will also be notified of a "digital delivery notice" by email or text message inviting you to go the same day from 2 p.m. to the designated relay point to collect your package. If you do not collect it from the relay point within 10 days, the package will be returned to us.
The following are considered cases of force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. Goods always travel at the recipient's risk. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of missing or damaged items.
