Delivery & Returns
Maison GYL offers you the possibility to return your order within 14 days of the initial delivery .
Return conditions:

Maison GYL covers return shipping costs in the following cases:
- You received a different size than the one ordered.
- The product has a defect.

If you wish to return the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns due to failed delivery or non-collection
In the event of a package being returned due to repeated absence of the customer during delivery or failure to collect it within the allotted time, IML Group reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping or handling fees. These fees will be specified to the customer before any new shipment.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, accompanied by all its accessories and packaging.
Size exchange:
If the luggage size is not suitable and you would like to try another size, La Maison GYL is committed to sending you an alternative size free of charge.
Home delivery:
Our partners (GLS, DPD, DHL, Colissimo in mainland France) deliver within 48 business hours . If you are not home, your package will be left at a pickup point, and you will receive a notification (email or SMS) with collection details. If the package is not collected within 10 calendar days , it will be returned to us.
General delivery conditions:
- GYLbag.com is committed to shipping orders within a maximum of 72 working hours in mainland France.
- Deliveries outside mainland France are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other applicable taxes in the country of receipt. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Any delays due to force majeure (war, riots, strikes, etc.) do not give rise to claims or compensation.
Important: Upon receiving your package, please check its condition. You have 48 hours to report any missing or damaged items to the carrier.
