Delivery & Returns
Maison GYL offers you the possibility to return your order within 14 days of initial delivery.
Return Conditions:
Maison GYL covers return shipping costs in the following cases:
- You received a different size than ordered.
- The product is defective.
If you wish to return for any other reason, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Returns due to failed delivery or non-collection
In case of a package return due to repeated absence of the customer during delivery or non-collection within the allotted time, IML Group reserves the right to re-invoice for reshipment or handling fees. These fees are communicated to the customer before any new shipment.

Please ensure the product is in its original condition, with all its accessories and packaging.
Size Exchange:
If the luggage size does not fit and you wish to try another size, Maison GYL commits to shipping you an alternative size free of charge.
Home Delivery:
Our partners (GLS, DPD, DHL, Colissimo in mainland France) deliver within 48 business hours. In case of absence, your package will be deposited at a relay point, and you will receive a notification (email or SMS) with details for collection. If the package is not collected within 10 calendar days, it will be returned to us.
General Delivery Conditions:
- GYLbag.com commits to shipping orders within a maximum of 72 business hours in mainland France.
- Deliveries outside mainland France are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other applicable taxes in the receiving country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any delays due to force majeure (war, riots, strikes, etc.) do not entitle to claims or compensation.
Important: Upon receipt of your package, check its condition. You have 48 hours to report any issues to the carrier in case of missing items or damage.
