Maison GYL offers you the possibility of returning your order within 14 days of initial delivery .

Return conditions:

  • Maison GYL will cover return costs in the following cases:

    • You received a different size than ordered.
    • The product has a defect.
  • If you wish to make a return for any other reason, the return costs will be your responsibility.

Returns related to delivery failure or non-collection


In the event of a package being returned due to repeated absence of the customer upon delivery or failure to collect within the specified timeframe, [Your company name] reserves the right to re-invoice the return or handling fees. These fees are specified to the customer before any new shipment.

    Return procedure:


    To initiate a return, send your request to sav@gylbag.com , then return the product to the following address:

    Please ensure the product is in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

    Size exchange:


    If the luggage size does not match and you would like to try another size, La Maison GYL will send you an alternative size free of charge.

    Home delivery:


    Our partners (GLS, DPD, DHL, Colissimo in mainland France) deliver within 48 working hours . If you are absent, your package will be left at a relay point, and you will receive a notification (email or SMS) with the details for collection. If the package is not collected within 10 calendar days , it will be returned to us.

    General delivery conditions:

    • GYLbag.com undertakes to ship orders within a maximum of 72 working hours in mainland France.
    • Deliveries outside mainland France are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other charges applicable in the receiving country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

    Any delays due to force majeure (war, riots, strikes, etc.) do not give rise to claims or compensation.

    Important: Upon receipt of your package, check its condition. You have 48 hours to report any missing or damaged items to the carrier.
